Michael Krumpak is the CEO of L4 Learning Solutions and is a multi-award winning leadership development consultant, career coach and author. He received the “Best Americas Coach” Award (2022, 2023) from Coach Awards recognizing coaches who push boundaries and the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) SCORE Gold Award for outstanding facilitator and presenter. Michael has over three decades of experience providing executive development and developing highly innovative and engaging strategic talent development solutions.

Michael started developing others at the age of 18. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Michael has strengthened talent at the United States House of Representatives where he served as Director of Learning, Headed Leadership Development at Samsung, and created positive change at American Airlines, Deloitte, Gartner, Carfax, AOL-Time Warner, The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and several other highly regarded organizations. He is an author and a graduate- level leadership development professor. His portfolio includes Executive Coaching using International Coach Federation (ICF) methodologies and Leadership Cultivation Solutions. He administers and interprets, Hogan Assessments, multi-rater 360-Degree Feedback) assessments, and offers career development acceleration, and transitional coaching, learning impact and ROI analysis, strategic planning facilitation, change management, communication, and presentation capability building.
