Because I worked for 30 plus years in Corporate America doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do, and it almost killed me. Certainly, it damaged my health, my relationships and my quality of life. This isn't about poor treatment by corporate America (though they do benefit from workaholics in the short term), but about changing my internal narrative and defining life on my own terms.
