Kelly Capra, PhD, is an Executive Coach and HR Advisor with over 30 years of experience helping leaders and organizations grow. She partners with executives and senior leaders to unlock their full potential, accelerate performance, and drive meaningful business results. Known for her individualized, collaborative approach, Kelly brings a supportive yet direct coaching style that challenges clients while building deep trust. Her coaching expertise spans leadership growth, behavior change, high-potential development, performance coaching, and new leader transitions.

As a consultant, Kelly advises CEOs and executive teams on aligning the people strategy with business goals. She enjoys building organizations for growth while fostering an engaging culture and a positive employee experience. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, culture building, and change management. Kelly holds a PhD in Organizational Development & Change, an MA in Human Development, an MS in Management, and a BS in Social Science. She is an ICF- certified coach and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
